I'm Locked out of my Online Course. How do I get back in?

Have you signed-up for the an Online Course but have lost your username, password, or website URL?

To regain access, please:
  1. Navigate to https://nlcprep.com/dashboard
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. The username is your email address
  4. If you have lost your password, please enter your email address and click "Lost your password?" Enter your email above & click here."
Once you regain access, go back to https://nlcprep.com/dashboard then select "My Courses" from the top-left menu.

You should bookmark the site https://nlcprep.com/dashboard/my-courses because you will return to the same URL every time that you want to access the Online Course.

If you encounter any problems during this process, please send an email to SUPPORT@NLCPREP.com and we'll reset have our Tech Support team your password for you.
